Refunds Policy

All refunds are given at the discretion of the company management.  Full refunds on site advertising will only be considered in the following circumstance:

• Site being down for more than 10 days in the month

In other circumstances related to erroneous displaying of ads or delays in going live; the agreed time period will be extended at our discretion to compensate for lost time.
