Employees at Fusion People appear to be among the luckiest workers in the country, as a confidential survey has revealed high levels of job satisfaction.

Clarity and delegation skills also appear to be a strong point of the technical recruitment services provider, as 100 per cent of those questioned stated that they fully understood what their job description specified.

The purpose of this report was to promote Fusion People's drive to become an employer of choice.

Fusion People employs over 120 staff across eight locations worldwide. A total of 72 per cent completed the survey.
